On January 23, 2026, the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland hosted LifeFest 2026, an annual gathering organized by the Knights of Columbus in partnership with the Sisters of Life. The event brought together thousands for a morning centered on music, prayer, reflection, and community.
Live Events supported LifeFest 2026 with comprehensive audio, video, and multicamera broadcast production, ensuring a seamless experience for both the in-person audience and viewers across the country.
Production That Elevated the Experience
LifeFest 2026 featured a full-scale production designed to support both the intimacy of worship moments and the energy of a large-capacity live audience. Live Events deployed premium technology and an experienced technical team to deliver clarity, consistency, and reliability throughout the program.
LED & Visual Systems
ROE GP2.6 LED and ROE CB3 LED panels created vibrant, high-resolution visual surfaces for live camera feeds and event content, ensuring strong sightlines across the venue.
Audio Systems
A combination of D&B XSL and D&B V-Series loudspeakers delivered even coverage and clear intelligibility for spoken word, music, and worship elements throughout the room.
Cameras & Broadcast
LifeFest extended beyond the walls of the Gaylord through a fully supported multicamera live broadcast and streaming production.
Live Events provided Panasonic UE150 robotic cameras and Hitachi broadcast cameras, delivering dynamic, broadcast-quality imagery for:
• The Sisters of Life website
• The Knights of Columbus website
• National distribution on the EWTN broadcast network
Our team supported a complete multicamera workflow, resulting in a polished, network-ready production that maintained visual continuity across live, streamed, and televised platforms.
Video Routing & Switching
A Ross Ultrix Acuity system powered signal routing and switching, enabling smooth transitions and reliable show control while keeping in-room visuals and external broadcast feeds fully synchronized.
Audio Control & Wireless
Audio was mixed on Yamaha Rivage PM5 and PM7 consoles, giving engineers the flexibility required for a dynamic program.
Shure Axient Digital microphones ensured consistent, interference-free audio for speakers and musicians.
A Program Designed for Scale and Connection
LifeFest 2026 featured live music, keynote speakers, and reflective moments designed to foster engagement among attendees. The production required systems capable of shifting seamlessly between high-energy musical performances and quieter segments, a balance Live Events is experienced in delivering.
By integrating LED, audio reinforcement, multicamera capture, and live broadcast workflows into one cohesive production environment, Live Events ensured the message carried with equal impact in the room and across broadcast platforms.
Supporting Meaningful Live Experiences
LifeFest continues to grow as a large-scale gathering that prioritizes intentional programming and professional execution. From stage design to sound reinforcement and network-level broadcast support, Live Events was honored to deliver a production that extended the reach of the event far beyond the venue itself.
