Summer brought some of the year’s biggest moments, and the Live Events team was there for them. From America’s 250th celebrations and World Cup fan experiences to concert tours, conventions, and corporate conferences, our crews delivered across every kind of production this season. Each event was backed by full-service lighting, video, audio, and staging and when the show called for special effects, we integrated with Pyrotecnico.

Live Events Powers the Knights of Columbus Supreme Convention
Live Events delivered complete audio, video, and lighting production for the 144th Knights of Columbus Supreme Convention in Denver, including a seven-camera live broadcast of Mass and daily business sessions. A 118-foot 2.6mm LED screen anchored the main room, while our crews supported multiple event spaces and built out AV for four media network suites.
250 Years and a World Cup
America’s 250th and the World Cup defined the summer, and Live Events crews were on site for both. Our teams supported the America 250 Benefit Concert at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, the Freedom 250 Grand Prix on the National Mall in support of Harbinger, USA Soccer House in Venice Beach, and the FIFA Fan Festival in Philadelphia, delivering audio, lighting, and video that put fans at the center of the celebration.
Conventions, Conferences, & Competitions
Summer also brought Live Events into rooms built for fans, brands, and performers, from a milestone convention celebration to a national dance competition.
Dragon Con 40th Anniversary
Atlanta, GA
Live Events delivered lighting, audio, video, and rigging for Georgia Aquarium’s 80s-themed Dragon Con party, including a custom LED and video DJ booth and laser projection across the Atlantic Wall. Thanks to YES Event Designs.

Nick Cohen
General Manager | Atlanta, GA
Nick brings more than 20 years of experience in live events, AV, and entertainment, with leadership roles at Rentex A/V, Barbizon Lighting, and Southern Audio Visual. Before moving into leadership, he spent over a decade as a recording and mixing engineer for nationally and internationally recognized artists. In Atlanta, he brings Sales, Production, and Operations together as one coordinated team, so clients get a single point of contact from first call to final cue.

An outdoor-rated LED panel with a 4.6mm pixel pitch, built-in wind bracing, and integrated folding frames for fast load-in. Quick-fit hardware for hanging or stacking, with precision curving from -10° to +10°.
Brompton Tessera SX40 & XD-T
Full 4K Brompton control for the V4ST. The SX40 delivers real-time 4K processing, accurate color, ultra-low latency, and advanced HDR. XD-T units move data over fiber, cutting cable clutter and scaling across large rigs.
360° Spotlight: Live Events x Pyrotecnico: NFL Home Openers
Live Events and our integrated partner Pyrotecnico work as a single production team. Lighting, video, and audio come from Live Events. Fireworks, special effects, and drones come from Pyrotecnico. When clients bring us in together, they get a single plan, a single crew, and a show built to work as one.
Football season put that partnership on the field. For the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears home openers, we delivered one unified game day production from the tunnel to the turf. Live Events set the tone with lighting and video for player entrances, and Pyrotecnico followed with on-field special effects, timed together so every cue landed as part of the same moment.
This is what integration looks like on game day: one team, one show.
